Be schedule driven

Deliver on time what has been contracted for

Maintain clean and organized job sites

At anytime the owner should be able to enter their project site and feel at home.

Maintain organized communications

The project owner should be able at any time to know where their deliverables are and when the project will be completed.

Have simple to follow yet detailed enough project drawings.

The project owner should with out too much effort understand what the layout for the project will be and feel confident that they can turn to the drawings as evidence for their project.
